ITATIX
Your company's Coordinator determines the business requirements to be addressed by the SAP FastSourcing service and then prepares and delivers the business requirements to the ITATIX FastSourcing Coordinator/Manager.
El Coordinador/Gerente FastSourcing ITATIX ingresa el REN (requerimientos de Negocio) al Sistema de Soporte FastSourcing, el cual presentará un cronograma del consumo de horas proyectado y determinara los momentos de atención de las solicitudes.
Your company coordinator must approve the DAT document.
The ITATIX Technical and/or Functional Consultant responsible for the REN will evaluate the nature of the REN, identifying whether it is a normal or complex requirement and will present a document defining activities and times (DAT); where deliverables, dates and costs must be indicated.
Your company coordinator must approve the DEF document.
El Consultor Técnico y/o Funcional ITATIX realizara el documento DET (Definición de requisición técnica)
Your company's coordinator must provide information and the necessary facilities for the proper performance of the service.
The approved definition document (DAT) will be scheduled and the necessary functional/technical resources will be assigned to it. The default priority assigned will be normal and will be attended considering its complexity in a strategic way.
Your company must participate in the comprehensive testing process as development progresses. The priority of a requirement may be changed from normal to urgent and vice versa. Any change in priority may result in changes to the Global Work Program, which will be communicated to your company.
The configurations will be made and/or programming of the solution will begin.
